House hunting

My renter has increased the rent recently. Because of the estimated profiteering price, I was forced to look for a new housing.

I searched on the newspaper and discovered a favorable two-room apartment. It was a very beautiful and affordable apartment. It lay in the ground floor on the left side of a six-family house with three floors.

During the apartment sightseeing, I met the prior tenant Mrs. Schmidt. I had already decided in favor of the apartment, as I inquired about the other occupants. Mrs. Schmidt talked the hindleg off a donkey:

The dirty family consists of more persons than the doctor family and they lives somewhere below the Audi drivers.
The Bentley drivers live right beside of the swimmers and directly below the family, which collects stamps.
The shoe sellers moved in the house one year before the construction workers and one year after the dog-owners.
The curious have two family members more than the Schlukkebiers, and lives directly below the jugglers.
The BMW drivers already live one year longer in the house as the neighbors in the ground floor and have two family members more or less than the golf drivers.
The loud family moved in the house finally.
The ten headed family holds spiders, and the crocodiles live with the owners of the Ferrari.
The Audi drivers live in the middle left beside the prosecutor and directly below the reticent persons.
The physicists have two family members more than the Wischniewskis.
The decathletes already live one year longer in the house than the golf drivers.
The fish owners live one year less or longer in the house than the family with the six persons.
The Schönbergers have two family members fewer than the dog-owners.

I left the apartment some time later desperately. On the street, I met Mister Becker, who told me his job.
In this moment, all information linked themselves.
